Protecting our staff when working at height

The nature of our work involves working at height regularly, and as such, we have taken great care to secure a safe environment for our staff. Our installation process involves a lot of climbing, and that is why we have set up a scaffolding system to ensure that our team has easy and safe access to the roof.

This scaffold system has several advantages over other commonly used equipment like cat ladders. For one, it is designed to handle heavy weights and eliminate potential hazards. Additionally, it provides a space for our construction team to take a rest along the way, which cat ladders do not have. This small detail is extremely important because when you take too many high steps, you can become fatigued and experience shortness of breath, and the reduced availability of oxygen at height can lead to passing out and fatal sequences.

Personal protective equipment, or PPE, is another measure we have put in place to minimize the exposure of our staff to hazards that could cause serious injury or illness in the workplace. Our employees are required to wear hard hat with chin strap, safety shoes, cotton gloves, full body safety harness when they reach the project site. These devices help to keep our employees safe while they perform their tasks.
